When my friend came to visit last weekend, she made the most amazing cookies I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend you try this recipe. It is amazing!
Without further ado...Jamie's Yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Ingredients: *Note - measurements are approximations. This recipe is very forgiving, and it is pretty hard to under-bake
- 1/2 cup sugar (add more for desired consistency)
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat sugar and egg whites together
- Slowly add in peanut butter
- Mix in chocolate chips
- **Add more sugar if needed so that batter sticks together - test by putting some on a spoon and turning the spoon over. If it sticks on, you're good to go**
- Using a tablespoon, drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (if your oven is hot or you are unsure, check at 8 minutes)- Edges should be a slightly darker brown than the cookies
- Let cool, and enjoy
