Meatless Monday: Mac and Cheese

In honor of Meatless Monday, check out one of Josh's family favorite recipes, mac and cheese!

Everyone in Josh's family loves this mac and cheese. Grown ups and kids alike can't get enough of it. You better believe that from the first time I had this delicious meal I jumped on the bandwagon. Josh's grandmother definitely knew what she was doing when she made this crowd pleaser. This stuff is fantastic, foolproof, and beyond easy to make. It is also filling, tasty, and the perfect comfort food. It has quickly become one of my favorite meals.

There is something about this mac and cheese that is so different from others. It is cheesy and gushy, but in a way that makes all other mac and cheese taste like they are missing something. And they are. After you try this phenomenal mac and cheese, you will understand. The proof is in the pudding...or the ingredients.

Ingredients:
Shells
American Cheese
Tomato Soup

That's it! This amazing mac and cheese only requires 3 ingredients. So easy!

Directions:
Boil water and make 1 box of pasta shells
While the shells are still steaming, add in 16 pieces of cut up cheese and mix well
After the cheese, add in an entire can of tomato soup and mix again

Cut up 4 more pieces of cheese to place on top of the shells
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and browns slightly

Serve and enjoy. Or freeze for later use. Either way, this is not only a tasty meal but the perfect addition to any pot luck meal. YUM!
