Healthy Dinner

As a part of our effort to exercise more and eat healthier, we made a very colorful stir fry last night.

The veggies were marinated with just a tiny bit of Newman's Own Teriyaki Marinade for a little zing. The tofu was cooked on the grill and basted in Jack Daniel's Original Barbeque Sauce. Such a good combo!

As Bob Harper always says, the more colorful your meal, the better.
