Lettuce Wraps

Check out Josh's super creative, and very yummy dinner from last night.

First, Josh made bruschetta

Then took some leafy, crisp lettuce

And added cut up grilled chicken
The chicken was lightly seasoned with paprika, onion powder and lawry's

Finally, he sprinkled the bruschetta on top of the chicken

Not too shabby for a random Thursday night.
